Commercial and technical visit to South America and the USA. First stop: Ecuador

During the last fortnight of February and early March, Omar Coatings’ commercial and technical departments went on a commercial visit to South America. The first meeting point was Ecuador, where we have been up and running for some years in Quito, Riobamba, Cuenca, Loja, Quevedo and Guayaquil.

During the meeting with our local distributor, we compared opinions on different varnish and resin products, drawing important conclusions for new orders and valuable information for our technical department. We also demonstrated different applications with some of our clients, showing them new materials and offering technical advice to support the excellent work carried out by the distributor.

We highlighted the great success of Omar Coatings’ polyurethane varnishes, with their extraordinary silky touch, ideal for handmade furniture worked using age-old techniques and for more modern designs applied in highly industrialised semi-automatic systems.

The visit continues and the next country will be the USA, stopping off in Miami state.
